The Parish Council agreed to send out tenders for building the Village Hall, on a Build and Design contract. Four building firms expressed an interest in tendering for the build of the Village Hall, but since then, one building firm has pulled out, leaving three companies sending their qutoes in.
The Parish Council now have those quotes, which are being looked at by Cllr I Mackay, who is producing a detailed report against each tender, for the Councillors to discuss, debate and consdier who they will approve to build the Village Hall. This will be discussed at the Parish Council meeting in March.
